    Es Amunts

    Es Amunts constitutes a geographical, natural and cultural area with its own identity considered an “Area of Special Interest” due to its natural, scenic and heritage values. Located mostly in the north, a place full of cliffs, mountains and valleys leading from the Cala de Sant Vicent to near the town of San Antonio de Portmany. An incredible natural territory full of flora and fauna.

    Sant Llorenç de Balàfia

    A quiet rural town located in the municipality of Sant Joan de Labritja, to the north of the island. A magnificent indoor enclave surrounded by fields, forests and farms. Next to the town centre (composed only of a church, a small bar and a nice restaurant), lies the old town of Balàfia, an ensemble of particular interest consisting of five houses and two towers. Also, within walking distance, you can visit the Amunts Interpretation Centre.

    Puig de Missa, Santa Eulària

    Puig de Missa, located atop a small hill and the town of Santa Eulalia des Riu at its foot, forming a sixteenth-century fortified church and a watchtower, the Ethnographic Museum of Ibiza showing daily life and traditional Ibizan countryside, the Barrau Museum, which is dedicated to the life and work of Catalan impressionist painter Laureà Barrau, and a set of white-walled houses and pretty gardens.
