  • Spring cuisine in San Antonio

    Last April the 26th started in San Antoni de Portmany, the 2nd edition of culinary event “Primavera Gastronómica”. Dedicated to the spring products. From the 26th April to the 31th May, several restaurants will show their specialties.

    More than 20 restaurantswill offer a variety of dishes elaborated with spring products, but with a different and avant-garde approach.

    The menus will consist on a starter, main course and dessert for an affordable price are a challenge for the chefs, that create dishes such as chicken salad with blueberries and yogurt vinaigrette with honey and mustard, Risotto with vegetables and strawberry sorbet at Restaurant Zebra Art & Grill.

    Single price, 14.00€. Drinks not included.

    The main ingredients, grown or produced in Ibiza will be the protagonist, always with a spring taste of this Primavera Gastronómica.

    This year the participating restaurants are, Sa Punta des Molí, Villa Mercedes, Stephan, Zebra Art & Grill, Villa La Mancha, Don Quixote, Grill San Antoni Abad Meson, Pizzeria Piazza San Marco, Hostal La Torre, Mint, is Mirai, Marla Café, Pizzeria Galleon and S’Avaradero.

    It is really an appealing initiative for the spring season. A lively atmosphere, a wide gastronomic offer and reasonable prices.
