Frequently-Asked Questions

1. At what time can I go into my room? When do I have to leave it?

You can check in from 14:00 on your arrival day, but if you arrive earlier than that and the room is ready, you can go into your room. If the room is not ready, we offer a luggage room and a dressing room in case you wish to change your clothes and thus start enjoying your holidays. On the departure day, you must leave the room by 11:00 a.m. You can use our luggage room and shower-dressing rooms for free until the time you leave

2. How do I get my booking confirmed?

All you have to do is to pay the amount for your first night at our hotel, and the rest you can pay on arrival. Also the system will offer you to pay the total amount of your stay in advance if you prefer.

3. Which are the accepted methods of payment?

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard), by means of a bank transfer.

4.How much am I charged if I cancel my booking?

If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours in advance before the date of your arrival,you will loose a day’s amount. In the event you had pay for all your stay in advance, we would refund you all your money except for a day’s amount. In the event you cancel your booking more than 24 hours in advance before your arrival, we’ll refund you all your money paid.

5. Can I extend my stay for a couple of hours?

Yes, you can, as long as there’s availability and upon payment of an extra-charge (check fares ans availability with us).

6. If I arrive early morning…will you still keep the room for me

Absolutely. We’re open 24-hours and we can do your check-in at night. But please remember that your arrival day starts at 12:00 midday, not at 12:00 midnight from the previous day. That means, if you arrive at 1:00 in the morning on the 3rd of August, you’ll need to book the room for the 2nd of August, so that you can sleep in it the night that goes from the 2nd to the 3rd.

7. Can I choose the type of beds for my room? (big bed- two twin beds)

Of course, but please state so when booking your room or subject to availability upon arrival.

8. Do you have any romantic, quiet room? How can I book it?

Yes, we have different types and upgrade rooms that they are on sell only throught our website. Please contact us and we will inform you.

9. What are the differences between apartments and studios in Orosol 2?

The studios combine in a single space one bedroom, an electric cooker and a fridge they all have complete en suite bathroom. They can house up to 3 people (the third person sleeps on a studio couch or sofa bed).

Apartments have a separated bedroom and a complete bathroom, and the kitchen is separated from the dining room by a singles bar. They all include a fridge and above all, a very roomy and sunny terrace. They can house up to tour people (two people sleep at the bedroom, a third one at a sofa bed and a fourth one at a studio couch). Both studios and apartments include basic cooking utensils.

10. How many floors does the building have? Is there a lift?

The hotel has 8 different floors and there’s a lift for up to six people. As to studios, there are five floors and a lift for up to four people.

11. Is the hotel adapted for the disabled?

Yes, it is. we have accesses at the ground floor and we have a room adapted.

12. Can I check my e-mail account at the hotel?

Yes, indeed. At Reception you’ll find an Internet Point , although it’s not for free. There’s also free WI-FI connection in all the hotel and rooms.

13. What languages do they speak at reception?

We speak English, Spanish, Italian and Catalan.
