Frequently-Asked Questions

13. I want to pay for my son/daughter’s or friends’ stay with my credit or debit card. How do I do that?
You can easily do that through the Internet, although you will have to send us an authorisation that we’ll provide you, which must be filled in and send to us by fax, together with a copy of your passport or Identification Card, as well as a copy of the two sides of your credit/debit card. Check with us

14. Which is the most recommended period for visiting the island?
If you’re longing for a quiet stay, we recommend to come in May and June (which is also the time when main discos open). Those are two sunny and quiet months. September is another good option (you may generally find good weather, although sometimes there a few storms), and it’s when most discos close and there are excellent parties.

15. How many days do I need to see everything?
It’s quite a small island, with only 572 square kilometres, but there are many things to do and see, many things you shouldn’t miss!!!, so we recommend a stay of minimum 5 days.

16. Which is the best transportation means to move around?
No doubt that hiring a car is the best option, especially a four-wheel drive vehicle. You can also rent a scooter ( a 125 cc will do). But please do book a car or a scooter in advance, especially at high season and weekends, so that you don’t have any problems with availability. We can also help you to book it, just contact us.

17. Where can I park my car? How much will that be?
There’s a free public parking area just 50 m. from the hotel. There’s also a restricted parking zone called “zona azul” at our street.

18. I don’t have a driving licence to drive cars or scooters, how can I move around?
You can go by bus (the bus station is just 200 m from the hotel), and you can also take a ferry at the harbour ( only 400 m from the hotel) to go to wonderful coves and beaches, such as Cala Compte and Cala Bassa. You may also want to hire a bicycle and see the hotel’s surrounding areas, including very beautiful villages that are located just 8-12 km. from there. There’s a “disco-bus” running all night to take you to main discos and to Ibiza town. If you want to go partying around San Antonio, there are different entertainment areas that include small pubs, discos, etc at about 400-800m. from the hotel.
