Frequently-Asked Questions

1. At what time can I go into my room?  When do I have to leave it?
You can check in from 14:00 on your arrival day, but if you arrive earlier than that and the room is ready, you can go into your room. If the room is not ready, we offer a luggage room and a dressing room in case you wish to change your clothes and thus start enjoying your holidays. On the departure day, you must leave the room by 11:00 a.m. You can use our luggage room and shower-dressing rooms for free until the time you leave

2. How do I get my booking confirmed?
All you have to do is pay the amount for your first night at our hotel, and the rest you can pay on arrival. You may also wish to pay all your stay in advance.

3. Which are the accepted methods of payment?
You can pay by credit card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard), by means of a bank transfer or by means of a postal order.

4.How much am I charged if I cancel my booking?
If you cancel your booking less than a week in advance before the date of your arrival, you will loose a day’s deposit-amount. In the event you had pay for all your stay in advance, we would reimburse you all your money except for a day’s amount. In the event you cancel your booking more than six days in advance before your arrival, we’ll reimburse you all your money.

5. Can I extend my stay for a couple of hours?
Yes, you can, as long as there’s availability and upon payment of an extra-charge (check fares with us).

6. If I arrive early morning...will you still keep the room for me?
Absolutely. We’re open 24-hours a day and we can do your check-in at night. But please remember that your arrival day starts at 12:00 midday, not at 12:00 midnight from the previous day. That means, if you arrive at 1:00 in the morning on the 3rd of August, you’ll need to book the room for the 2nd of August, so that you can sleep in it the night that goes from the 2nd to the 3rd.
